What We Had for Dinner This Week

Meal planning used to be the hardest thing for me, but lately I’ve been having fun with it. Occasionally on Saturday’s I’m going to share what we had for dinner that week. Most of these meals are simple (just the way I like it!)

Sunday:

  • Creamy Lemon Chicken (from HelloFresh)

Monday:

  • Pan grilled salmon
  • Honey roasted carrots
  • Quinoa

Tuesday:

Wednesday:

  • Bulgogi Meatballs (from HelloFresh)

Thursday:

Friday:

Saturday:

  • Family date night/eat out
